Andy Cai Andy Cai
Andy is the Director of Business Strategy and Operations for Garage Juice Bar, an EV infrastructure startup company. Prior to moving to the U.S., he was a senior process engineer at United Microelectronics Corporation.He also has over six years of experience in semiconductor nanomaterials research. Andy holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Fudan University and a Ph.D. in Materials Science and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Xinghua Pan Xinghua Pan
Xinghua is an Associate Research Scientist in Yale University’s Department of Genetics. He is also a member ofthe Yale Center for Excellence in Genome Science and Yale’s Neurodevelopment and Regeneration and Interdepartmental Neuroscience programs. Since 2004, he has led a group involved in investigating functional genomics for single cells. He is a frequent contributor to international journals and a regular speaker at academic conferences. Xinghua holds a Ph.D. degree from Fudan University’s School of Life Sciences (Shanghai) and an M.D. degree from Southern Medical University (Guangzhou).

Xin Zhang Xin Zhang
Xin is a postdoctoral research associate in the Program in Science, Technology and Environmental Policy at Princeton University. In 2012, she served as an advisor on the “Sustainable Development Dialogues” for the Rio+20 UN Conference on Sustainable Development. From 2010-2012, she coordinated the joint Yale-Tsinghua University Environment and Sustainable Development Leadership Program for Chinese mayors. Xin holds Bachelor Degrees in Environmental Science and Computer Science from Ocean University, a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science from Peking University, and a Ph.D. from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies.

Felicia Zimmerman - English Expert Felicia Zimmerman
Felicia is an independent corporate consultant with over 25 years of experience helping leading global companies resolve execution problems and take advantage of market opportunities. Felicia’s clients have included EDS (now part of HP), Halliburton, ExxonMobil, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Felicia also serves as the Advisor to the Connecticut chapter of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology USA (CAST-USA) and lectures on business and entrepreneurship at Chinese universities and business schools. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Smith College (Northampton, MA) and a Master’s Degree in international economics and American foreign policy from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (Washington, DC).
